You will…..

Change your method of de-stressing to get results that last. De-stress like children do.
Learn about being more and hurting less;
Regain the lively easy strength you had as a child:

• Recognise stress before it happens and use Alexander skill to help yourself.
• Everyday tasks; sitting at a desk; exercising; brushing teeth…
• In simple acts like standing and sitting and much more.
• Develop awareness of your limbs and link to the all-important trio, the head, neck and back.
• Explore your muscle memory in breathing and moving with ease. (Body mapping)
• Learn a 10 minute easy rest solution – the power rest

Learn through touch, talk, trial and games; by the end of the course you’ll have a new appreciation of your ‘working body’ and the ‘invisible’ control you have.
