Bio

I have been playing piano since a young age starting with a classical approach but my focus lately has been on more contemporary styles such as rock, pop and jazz funk. I took up Bass Guitar from the age of 12. I have spent a lot of my time playing in bands and small groups in a variety of styles and genres and I have aimed to become very proficient at the skill of playing bass in all these styles, from Slap to Fingerstyle, melodic to rhythmic. I am wanting to share my skills with others in bass but would like to train beginners for now. I completed NCEA music levels 1-3 in high school and am a third year jazz student at UoA. I can also give tips for performance and help build musical confidence.

Coda Music is a joint venture between Dayle (Mother), Caitlin (Daughter), and Aidan (Son). Dayle is a qualified music teacher with 30+ years of experience specialising in piano. MMus, LTCL.
