Bio

Kia ora koutou!

I am a saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist, based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington. I have been playing in the music scene around Aotearoa for the past 10 years, recording and performing with artists such as Casual Healing, Dateline, Elliott Dawson, Tahini Bikini, and many other local jazz projects.

With a background in classical clarinet and orchestral studies, I now primarily play jazz saxophone and recently graduated from the New Zealand School of Music, Te Kōki. Alongside my studies, I have taught music theory, piano, saxophone and clarinet for the past 7 years.

Teaching Info

I love working with young students and encouraging creativity & musicianship! I work with students based on their individual needs and interests, so each lesson is tailored to the student.

I work from my studio in Hataitai, but can also provide in-home music lessons depending on location.
