In late 2022 she toured North America with Bret McKenzie’s live band on the ‘Songs Without Jokes’ tour. She has also performed at many festivals and venues around NZ on guitar and bass.
Jacqui enjoys teaching music and can give the students the lead in what to study based on their interests. No matter what level they are at, beginner to advanced, students can expect to improve their musicality, technique, ear training skills, knowledge of the theory of music and have a great time expanding the music accessible to them under their fingertips.
Formal elements like sight reading, analysis and also improvisation and musicianship can also be included in the lesson if the student wishes.
