Bio
Lindy Tennent-Brown is a multiple award-winning professional pianist with extensive international experience as a performer and teacher. She returned to New Zealand in late 2020 after basing a busy freelance career in London for more than two decades.
Lindy teaches advanced piano students (Grade 5 and above) and works with singers of all levels as a vocal coach and accompanist.

Teaching Info
Lindy teaches from her peaceful home studio located in Highland Park, East Auckland. There is plenty of free on-street parking.
Her teaching style is friendly and warm at the same time as being detailed and precise, and focuses on the student’s technical and artistic development. Students must be self-motivated learners between lessons.
Lindy’s students routinely achieve merit and distinction passes in ABRSM exams. Her teaching draws upon a wide range of music and styles, supported by her extensive knowledge of the solo piano repertoire and a significant library of sheet music.
