Bio
Lyndsay holds a Bachelor of Music (BMus) and Postgraduate Diploma in Music (Pg Dip Mus) from the University of Auckland. She has performed professionally with the Manukau Symphony Orchestra and Aorangi Symphony Orchestra. She has also performed as a student with the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, and NZSO National Youth Orchestra.
Lyndsay believes that music is an essential part of life and should be at the heart of a well-rounded education. For nearly two decades she has run a successful private violin studio teaching students from across Auckland. Her students range in age and ability level from beginners to diploma holders and many have enjoyed a high level of success in exams and performances.
Lyndsay has recently become a member of the New Zealand Suzuki Institute and is able to offer Suzuki inspired lessons for those not yet aiming to take ABRSM exams.
