Bio
Harrison Scholes is an active member of the Wellington music scene, performing regularly with various groups in all manner of styles. He completed his Bachelor of Music with first-class honours in performance at the New Zealand School of Music in 2021 before continuing his studies with a masters in jazz composition in 2023.
Harrison performs, records and tours regularly with the likes of Arjuna Oakes, TOI and Wiri Donna
Teaching Info
Harry prefers to focus on what the student is interested in and base the lessons around that, while also developing strong fundamentals and good technique. Theory, aural and improvisational skills will also be developed as the student builds a repertoire of music they enjoy playing.
