Teacher and Director – Aaron Lyndon
Aaron has 16 years of experience playing the keyboard and has completed two years of intensive music studies. He currently plays for ‘Wilderness Love,’ a band that was formed six years ago. Aaron does session musician work with other artists, alongside co-writing and composing. Aaron is the Co-founder and Director of a social enterprise called ‘Creators’, a collective work space located in the CBD of Hamilton that facilitates a space and community for people within the arts to thrive.
Here at Play Notes, we teach all age groups and styles. Our aim is to equip students with the tools and knowledge to reach their musical goals. The lessons are designed around the individuals ability, passion and goals. Each lesson consists of learning new musical pieces, grades (Rockschool), discovering genres, gaining compositional knowledge, and learning how to improvise. It is an atmosphere designed to inspire, create and be productive – while having FUN.
Feel free to contact me via email or phone at any time. I look forward to hearing from you.

Meg, piano student, age 12
"My son has been receiving piano lessons from Aaron Lyndon for just over two years now...Aaron is patient with him and inspires him to practise to reach his potential. What was encouraging and impressed me about Aaron, apart from his musical background, was the prompt response and phone call that followed, showing enthusiasm and passion for his music and teaching."
