Teaching Info

Having taught music and cello for the past 10 years to students of various ages, abilities and learning styles in different countries (NZ, Germany, Mexico and Italy) and languages, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and skill that informs my teaching. I originally learnt cello through the Trinity and Royal Schools curriculum, before switching over to the Suzuki method. Both are great, and I tailor lessons to each individual.

My main aim in teaching the cello is to give or help nurture a passion for both the ‘cello and music generally, and to make lessons a fun and welcoming experience. We will set goals and I will help you develop the skills you need. If you would like a free trial lesson, then contact me; I look forward to hearing from you!
